Getting There

Before you book your flight, be sure to check with us to make sure we have the accommodations you are wanting.

First of all, if you would like support from us in making your flight arrangements, we are more than happy to work with you.

If you wish to make flight arrangements on your own, here is some helpful information.

Make reservations to fly into Prague International Airport (PRG) and to fly out of Budapest (BUD). Note that you will be flying into Prague and departing from Budapest.

Schedule your flight so you arrive in Prague on September 8th in the morning. This may mean flying out from your home airport the day before,  September 7th. Schedule your departure to fly out of Budapest on September 16th.  We will be providing a free shuttle to the airport  around 9 am or if you wish to depart later we can help you arrange a taxi to the airport at an additional cost.

If you wish to spend more time in Prague  before the retreat or in Budapest after the retreat, we can support you with those arrangements.
