GETTING TO TUSCANY

If you wish to make flight arrangements on your own, here is some helpful information.
We recommend you fly into Florence, and we will pick you up at the airport. If you are flying into a different airport we can make arrangements for you to be picked up at an additional cost.
Schedule your flight so you arrive in Florence on September 22nd between 3 pm – 5 pm. This usually means flying out of the U.S., Canada, or other international destinations the day before, September 21st. For your departure, schedule your flight leaving from Florence to your home airport on September 29th between 9 am – 11 a.m. Remember we start with an opening welcome session in the evening of September 22nd, followed by dinner.
