To Register… follow these 3 simple steps

1. Email us at info@globalj.org , or fill out the form below to make sure there is still availability.

2. Once we have confirmed availability, send us a non-refundable deposit of $500 per participant via one of the four options below.

3. Please do not book your flight until you receive a registration confirmation from us.

.The cost of this retreat is $5,600 per person, double occupancy

 

After your initial deposit of $500, one-half of the balance, $2,550 per participant, is due on or before June 17th. The final balance of $2,550 per participant is due on or before July 17th.

 .

Payment Options

Option #1 -Write a check drawn on a U.S. bank  in U.S. dollars payable to Global Journeys  and mail it to:

Option #2 – Wire the money in U.S. dollars to the following bank account:

Option #3 – If you have a Chase bank account, you may make a “Quick Pay” payment to the account of: info@globalj.org

Option #4 – You may pay by using PayPal. If you select option #4, please note that you are responsible for paying the processing fee: 3% if paying from the U.S and 4.75% if you are paying from outside the U.S. Through PayPal you may use your credit card. Our account for a PayPal payment is: info@globalj.org

Please note:  We prefer checks or wire transfers as a form of payment. We do not accept directly any credit card payments.

Cancellations and Refunds: As long as the trip is a GO, after the initial deposit and any other subsequent payments, we do not offer any refunds should a participant decide to withdraw, regardless of circumstances. Given this policy, we highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance in case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances that may arise.

Travel Insurance: Travel insurance will protect your investment in case of unforeseen situations or emergencies. If you choose to purchase travel insurance, which we highly recommend, you must do so on your own. You can purchase travel insurance through your airlines when you book your trip or we have been recommending Travel Guard International at 800 826-1300, and have received positive feedback.
