Getting to Occidental Papagayo Hotel

The Occidental Papagayo Hotel is located on Playa Manzanillo in the Guanacaste Province of Costa Rica, also known as the Gold Coast. From the Liberia International airport it is approximately a 45 minute drive.

Once your registration has been confirmed, make flight arrangements to arrive at the Liberia airport (LIR) between noon and 3 pm on December 30, 2023 and depart after 1 pm on January 5, 2024. We will have a shuttle pick you up at the Liberia airport and at the conclusion of the retreat, we will get you back to the Liberia airport. Within these time frames the shuttle is included as part of your cost.

Please provide us with your flight information by November 30, 2023. If you arrive and depart within the stated time frames, we will provide airport transfers at NO cost. If we receive your flight information after November 30, 2023, or you are arriving at a different time than stated, kindly be responsible for your own transportation. We are happy to support you with these arrangements.

If you will arrive a few days before and/or depart a few days after, we request you make the booking thru us  so we can provide possible discounts on transfers, and rooms as well as avoid  switching rooms when the retreat starts and/or ends.
