The two annual Sanctuary retreats are the in-person heart of the Founder’s Inner Circle journey. These sacred, three-day immersions are intentionally designed to take our virtual work to a profound new level and to forge life-long bonds within our esteemed community. Moving from the screen to sacred spaces in nature, we will accelerate your personal evolution and professional mastery. Each Sanctuary marks a pivotal stage of your transformation…from the mountain-top ascent at our halfway point to the legacy celebration at the end of the year.

As we reach the midpoint of our year-long journey, we will retreat to the majestic, expansive beauty of the Colorado Mountains. This sacred pause is designed to take you higher and deeper than ever before. Surrounded by the potent energy of nature, we will anchor the learnings of our first six months through powerful in-person group sessions and advanced LifeLine work. This is a dedicated time for deep personal breakthroughs, powerful connection with your fellow leaders, and the irreplaceable magic that happens only when we gather with shared intention. You will leave the mountains feeling grounded, expanded, and fully re-energized, with crystal clarity for the path ahead.
