GETTING TO TUSCANY
We recommend you fly into Florence (airport code FLR), and we will pick you up at the airport. If you are flying into a different airport we can make arrangements for you to be picked up at an additional cost.
Schedule your flight so you arrive in Florence (FLR) on October 12, 2019 between 11 am- 2 pm. If you are arriving earlier, you are welcome to wait for the complimentary shuttle that will take you from the airport to the villa at around 2:45 pm. This usually means flying out of the U.S., Canada, or other international destinations the day before.
For your departure, schedule your flight leaving from Florence to your home airport on October 19, 2019 between 9 am – 11 a.m. The complimentary shuttle will leave the villa at 6 am to get people to the airport. If you arriving and/or departing at different times, we can support you in getting transportation at an additional cost. Remember we start with an opening welcome session in the evening of October 12, followed by dinner.
