This is a day where you may choose to immerse into the fabulous environment and multitude of adventure activities that are available for you to experience. This is an opportunity to practice the benefits of exercise, mindfulness and other concepts we have discussed. Click on Activities  to see what is available. You may decide and select an activity on Monday…we will go over possibilities with you at that time.
