GETTING TO TUSCANY
We recommend you fly into Florence (airport code FLR), and we will pick you up at the airport. If you are flying into a different airport we can make arrangements for you to be picked up at an additional cost.
Schedule your flight so you arrive in Florence (FLR) The complimentary shuttle will depart at 3:00 pm to transfer you to the villa. This means if you are flying out of the U.S.A. or Canada you need to depart the day before.
If you are arriving directly to the villa, please note that you cannot access entry to the villa before 3:00 pm for check We will start our welcome dinner promptly at 7:00 pm.
For your departure…Our retreat will complete in Venice. On the morning , you may enjoy breakfast which is included. If you are flying back you may arrange transportation to the airport through the hotel at your own cost. If you wish to stay longer, we can support you in making those arrangements.
