GETTING TO TUSCANY

If you wish to make flight arrangements on your own, here is some helpful information.

We recommend you fly into Florence, and we will pick you up at the airport. If you are flying into a different airport we can make arrangements for you to be picked up at an additional cost.

Schedule your flight so you arrive in Florence on September 29th, 2018 between noon – 3 pm. If you are arriving earlier, you are welcome to wait for the complimentary shuttle that will take you from the airport to the villa at around 3:45 pm. This usually means flying out of the U.S., Canada, or other international destinations the day before.

For your departure, schedule your flight leaving from Florence to your home airport on October 6th, 2018 between 9 am – 11 a.m. The complimentary shuttle will leave the villa at 6 am to get people to the airport. If you arriving and/or departing at different times, we can support you in getting transportation at an additional cost. Remember we start with an opening welcome session in the evening of September 29th, followed by dinner.
